Daniel Hurst is a partner at Hurst & Hurst.

He holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Kentucky College of Law (2013) and a Bachelors in Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University (2010) where he graduated 

Magna Cum Laude

. 

He also served in the United States Marine Corps from 2004 to 2008 and served as a turret gunner on an Improvised Explosive Device search team in the Ali Anbar Province of Iraq in 2006.

He has been a member of the Kentucky Bar Association since 2013.  Daniel's practice is focused on personal injury litigation and criminal defense.
