Cindi White received her law degree from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in 2002, graduating with high honors and serving on the Editorial Board of Texas Wesleyan Law Review. She went on to obtain her LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida in 2003 where she served as an Editor for Florida Tax Review. Prior to law school, she obtained a B.B.A. in Accounting from Texas A&M University in 1993 and a Masters in Taxation from the University of Texas in 1995. Prior to joining Chorey, Taylor & Feil, Cindi was with Deloitte Tax in the Tax Controversy section. She has also worked at several large corporations in their tax departments as well as working for Baker & McKenzie, a large international law firm in their Zurich, Switzerland office helping high net worth clients with corporate and individual tax planning strategies. Cindi works with clients in most areas of their businesses, including formation and planning, general business representation, and liquidity event structuring and implementation. Her strong background in tax is an asset not only in her work on commercial transactions, but also aids in personal wealth and asset planning for the owners and executives of businesses. Cindi plays a key role on our mergers and acquisitions and exit succession planning teams.
