Can I appeal after a plea bargain for a sex crime in Colorado?

What is the statute of limitations for filing an appeal?
No jail time, but has to register as a sex offender in intensive treatment for the next 5 years while on probation, and still be registered for another 5 yrs after that. His attorney did NOTHING to help on the case and they were kids in high school and the parents did not want to press charges and did not show up in court for sentencing but was told they had to sign court documents to prevent contempt of court by the DA.
