Authored PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION MANUAL – A LEGAL GUIDE FOR CALIFORNIA (BNi Building News, 1996) and co-authored 'Chapter 22. Construction Contracts,' 2 CALIFORNIA FORMS OF JURY INSTRUCTION (Matthew Bender, 1985). Authored over 100 construction law articles for legal and construction periodicals, and drafted a dozen bills that have been enacted into California law.
