Ben has over 11 years of experience structuring, drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial transactions, including software license agreements, distribution and reseller agreements, various forms of services agreements, technology transfer and development agreements, electronic commerce agreements and Internet co-marketing and co-branding agreements. Ben gained valuable experience counseling venture-capital backed and public companies in Cooley Godward Kronish’s Technology Transaction Group from 1999 to 2003 and in Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison’s Business and Technology Group in Palo Alto, California from 1996 to 1999. In 2003, Ben became an entrepreneur himself when he joined three other former Cooley and Brobeck associates in starting up his current firm Kendall, Koenig & Oelsner (www.kkofirm.com), a corporate transactional boutique located in Denver and Boulder, Colorado.
