Babak Akhlaghi is Managing Director at NovoTech Patent Firm in D.C., a veteran patent attorney with deep expertise in AI, ML, and tech innovations. He holds degrees in electrical engineering and law, has worked at top firms and in-house at Panasonic, and co-authors the Patent Applications Handbook.
