About Andrew Mendlin

Andrew S. Mendlin is the Vice-President and Supervising Attorney of Curtis Legal Group. He focuses his practice on helping victims of motor vehicle accidents, motorcycle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, dog bites, and product liability cases. His previous experience as an insurance claims adjuster provides him with strong insight into how to successfully negotiate plaintiffs’ claims with insurance companies.

Andrew has been practicing law in the state of California since 1996 and is a trial lawyer with a reputation for achieving large compensation for his clients. With over 25 years of experience in personal injury litigation, he takes pride in working to give his clients the best results.

Andrew graduated from the University of California, Davis with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1988. He earned his law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1995.

He is a member of several legal associations, including: Consumer Attorneys of California, American Association for Justice, State Bar of California, Sacramento County Bar Association, San Joaquin County Bar Association, Stanislaus County Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Wray F. Ladine American Inn of Court.

Andrew often speaks on personal injury law and was previously a host on Clear Channel Radio’s “On the Docket” for several years. He has also appeared on Fox News and CNN as a legal analyst. He is a Modesto East Rotary Club Past-President and was on the Modesto City Planning Commission from 1999 to 2004. Andrew serves on the board of Hillel at Davis and Sacramento. Hillel at Davis was established to provide Jewish students with spiritual, educational, and cultural programs.
