Ms. Sexton Kopfinger graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and practices in the area of commercial real estate law, with a strong emphasis on shopping center development. She has represented developers, landlords, tenants (including national) and property managers throughout the country. Her experience includes the negotiation of purchase agreements, development agreements, all forms of reciprocal operating and easement agreements, leases, financing and construction contracts. She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, as well as active in her community through several non-profit organizations.
