I was shopping in a big grocery store when a worker pulling a pallet full of Boxes of products for display passed by and 2 of the boxes fell off the pallet and one hit me at the back of my neck. I had to see a doctor the next day because of the injury from that accident. Can I sue the store for negligence?Serious physical injuries?

Yes, you may be able to sue the grocery store for negligence due to the injury you sustained when a box fell on your neck. Typically, the lawsuit would target the store rather than the individual worker. To succeed, you need to prove the store had a duty to maintain a safe environment, breached that duty, caused your injury, and that you suffered damages as a result. Keep all related medical records and document the incident. Consult a personal injury attorney to explore your options and ensure your claim is filed within the legal time limits.
